Hello there 🙂
While spending most of my vacation shopping on Black Friday, I also spend the time shopping for my personal wardrobe. Sure, I'll go into these designer items for sale, but I tend to stock up on basics for the most part. Because hey, if you can save some money on these braces, why pay the full price, right?
To be as strategic as possible, I go with a checklist of the wardrobe foundations that I need to round out my closet, the cyber weekend. Of course, I also share this roster with you, perhaps to inspire you to your shopping spree. Scroll down to check the general basic features I'm waiting to update until Black Friday. I have also released a large number of inspired articles that will hopefully be greatly reduced by BF as well.
If there's a winter thing everyone needs in their closets, it's a slim or close-fitting turtleneck. Why? Well, if you put one in your closet – either in jeans or under a chunky crew neck or a cardigan for a forward (and warm) look – you will look instantly polished without having to make an effort. I have some black stand-by turtlenecks in my closet, but I also want to see if I can score a few other things (in white or even a bold color) to improve my offer without breaking the bank.
Cyber Weekend is a great time to brush up on the denim boot with new cuts that you've always wanted to try, as many top styles are greatly reduced. I plan to look for new skinny jeans to replace some of my faded black silhouettes. I also have some friends looking for the perfect straight-leg jeans, so I'd like to expand the selection for them as well.
I never used to wear cardigans, but today I basically live in sweater style. You know, leaning into Granny Vibe's. I like how even the simplest neutral pigtail silhouette can bring a casual yet modern touch to a look.
In fact, every day I wear a T-shirt, either alone, when it's warm outside, or as an underwear under pullovers or sweatshirts. I live for the Amazon Essentials T-shirts and I hope to expand my collection on Black Friday. I'm also interested in testing other options (if I can get a deal) – especially fresh styles that I can present with my open cardigans.
Loungewear is one of those categories where I just never want to pay the full price if I do not have to. Personally, I hope to find a new, comfortable pair of joggers (I work a lot from home, so they are ideal), but I will also try other performance pieces to improve my gym offer.
As already mentioned, I wear simple black boots for versatility. So of course I already have a number in my arsenal. However, I am thinking of donating a few couples to make way for a new silhouette that can be worn for the rest of the fall and winter. I'm looking for a standard silhouette with low block heel of classic leather or suede. Alternatively, I also find the more conspicuous styles I wonder if I can find a cool couple with a discount.
